This is RR's Fitness and MMA Academy from Dehradun,uttrakhand.
We are the first professional MMA Academy in Dehradun affiliated with AIMMAA(Mumbai)
We train in Boxing ,Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Bjj, Wrestling ,MMA,
We give fitness training through Cross Fit, HIIT, Self defence, Dynamic cardio and conditioning, full diet consultant.
we welcome each n every individual of any age group to be part of our academy for fitness, to learn martial arts n self defence or to be a professional fighter.
