The Tunavallen Stadium in Eskilstuna, Sweden is a famous stadium known for its multi-purpose use although, at present, it predominantly hosts football matches. The stadium was opened in the year 1924 and renovated again in the year 2002 by covering the surface of the ground with artificial turf. It is said to support almost around 7,800 spectators. In the earlier times, the stadium in its original form was a venue for the 1958 FIFA World Cup, held on 15th June. In fact, the replay of the Swedish Bandy Final, that took place here in the year 1954 that went on to hold a capacity of around 22,000 spectators. After the remodeling of the stadium in the year 2002, this ground served as home for the 1st Division team of the Eskilstuna City FK.
