Sports Illustrated Stadium, formerly known as Red Bull Arena, is a soccer-specific stadium located on the waterfront in Harrison, New Jersey, across the Passaic River from Newark and approximately seven miles west of Lower Manhattan. The stadium is home to the New York Red Bulls of Major League Soccer (MLS) and NJ/NY Gotham FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). It has a seating capacity of 25,000 spectators.
The stadium is known for its distinctive translucent roof, which covers the seating areas and contributes to its characteristic appearance. Construction on the stadium began in January 2008, with Rossetti Architects serving as the project architect. The venue officially opened on March 20, 2010, when the New York Red Bulls defeated Brazilian club Santos 3–1.
Originally known as Red Bull Arena, the venue was renamed Sports Illustrated Stadium in December 2024 following a 13-year partnership involving Sports Illustrated Tickets and the New York Red Bulls.
