The Guinness Book of World Records awarded certificates to the Chairman of Mitsubishi Electric and the Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones for the Largest High-Definition Video Display in the world. This award was presented for the Dallas Cowboys vs. Carolina Panthers game, held in the stadium on 28th September 2009.

Jerry Jones gave the naming rights to AT&T Inc. on 25th July 2013. The contract was worth $17–19 million per year. It has been known as the AT&T Stadium ever since.
The AT&T Stadium is situated in Arlington, Texas, United States. This magnificent stadium with a retractable roof was opened on 27th May 2009. It is also known as the Cowboys Stadium, being the home of the Dallas Cowboys, a team of the National Football League (NFL). An estimated amount of $1.3 billion was spent on the construction of this stadium, specifically designed by the architect firm HKS, Inc. This stadium is also referred as the "Jerry World" after Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys. The Dallas Cowboys have been the tenants of the stadium since its inception. The Cotton Bowl Classic is hosted by the stadium since 2010. The AT&T Stadium is also termed as the "The Death Star" by DFW sports fans.
