The WFDF (World Flying Disc Federation) is the world governing body for the sport of ultimate frisbee and other different disc sports. It withholds the responsibility of sanctioning world championship events, organising uniform rules, setting of parameters for and recording the world records.
The WFDF is a federation of member associations in itself which represent flying disc sports and their contestants in 80 countries. WFDF is an international alliance recognised by the IOC, and a proud member of the ARISF, GAISF, and the International World Games Association.
