The organization was established by Snowboarders and Sandboarders to promote and develop Sandskiing and Sandboarding in deserts and other such lands, and hence; for proper training and practice, the organization plays an important role.
It also organizes various national as well as international competitions and the most significant World Championships in Germany annually.
