International Netball Federation

The International Netball Federation, which is often abbreviated as the INF, was formerly called the International Federation of Netball Associations (aka IFNA). It is the world governing body of the sport of netball. The INF is solely responsible for creating the rules and regulations of this sport and as well as organising international competitions and tournaments. It also withholds the responsibility of keeping the world records of this sport and hosting the Netball World Cup. This organisation comprises of five regional confederations:

• Confederation of African Netball Associations
• Americas Federation of Netball Associations
• Netball Asia
• Netball Europe
• Oceania Netball Federation
