The International Canoe Federation, often abbreviated as the ICF, is the world governing body of canoe sports and its variants.
The Internationale Repräsentantenschaft Kanusport (IRK) was formed in Copenhagen, Denmark, On 19 January 1924 but it became the ICF in 1946.
It’s solely responsible for administering all the aspects of canoe sports and its variants.
