The International Blind Sports Federation, often abbreviated as the IBSA, is the world governing body for blind sports. Its sole responsibility is to create rules and regulations of sports as well as organise them for blind and visually impaired people. The IBSA is also an affiliated as well as a founding member of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).
