IPL 2020: Dinesh Karthik handed over KKR Captaincy to Eoin Morgan

Another twist in this year’s IPL took place when Kolkata Knights Riders' captain Dinesh Karthik handed over the captaincy of the team to England’s limited-overs captain Eoin Morgan. Karthik took the step on Friday, a few hours before their match against Mumbai Indians. However, the team again lost the match from Mumbai with an eight-wicket loss and miserably failed to defend a score of 149 runs in Abu Dhabi.
