Alexander Zverev has put his fantastic match skills in front and defeated Fernando Verdasco with 6-4, 6-1 on Thursday. The top-seeded player is now advanced to the quarterfinals of the Cologne Indoors tournament. The Cologne Indoors was his first one after the 2019 indoor hard court’s mixed records. Zverev has brilliantly excelled with seven aces and didn’t face a break point against Verdasco. Earlier, he has received three indoor titles including the 2018 ATP Finals. He is now all set to play against Lloyd Harris in the quarterfinal match.
