England leg spinner Adil Rashid has recently signed a new white-ball contract with Yorkshire for one year for the coming 2021 season. The 32-year-old player was unable to be featured in the 2020 Yorkshire season due to his white-ball commitments with England. However, he hasn’t made any official appearances in the red-ball cricket for Yorkshire since 2017 and the new contract has bound him further to play only limited-overs sport for his county. However, Rashid, who was earlier a part of England’s World Cup-winning team in 2019, has shared his happiness with the contract extension and is thankful for the opportunity.
