Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Squash Coach to lead and develop squash
training programs for players of varying skill levels. The ideal candidate will bring energy,
technical knowledge, and a commitment to player development and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design and conduct structured squash training sessions for beginners to advanced
players.
● Provide one-on-one coaching and group training as needed.
● Develop athletes’ technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects of the game.
● Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback.
● Prepare athletes for competitive tournaments at local, regional, and national levels.
● Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
● Maintain equipment and ensure court readiness.
● Promote squash and increase participation within the community/organization.
● Collaborate with other coaches and staff to deliver a holistic athletic program.
