Wembley Stadium is the largest football stadium in England and the second-largest stadium in Europe, located at Wembley. The stadium is governed by “The Football Association” and is the home of England’s National Team. It has been constructed after demolishing the original Wembley Stadium in 2002 and was completed in March 2007 at the cost of £798 million by Australian company Brookfield Multiplex. It has witnessed England home games, FA Cup finals and many international soccer events. The stadium will host both the semi-finals and final of UEFA Euro 2020. It is designed in a bowl shape with a capacity of 90,000. Its unique feature is a circular section lattice arch which is the longest unsupported roof structure in the world. A statue of Bobby Moore (England's 1966 FIFA World Cup-winning captain), stands outside the stadium entrance looking at the Wembley Way. Apart from sports, the venue also hosts concerts and private events such as conferences and weddings.
