Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Armenia honours “10 Best Athletes of the Year” belonging to any sporting discipline based on their sporting performances throughout the year. The winners are selected by the SMS voting, and the voting done by media accredited by the Ministry and the voting done by coaches of the Armenian sports teams.
