Svenska Dagbladet Gold Medal

Also known as Bragdguldet, ("The Feat Gold") is an annual award given "for the most notable Swedish sports achievement of the year." The award is conferred by the board led by the Swedish morning newspaper Svenska Dagbladet since 1925.

According to its directives the medal may be granted in the month of November or December either to an individual or a team. An individual cannot be awarded the award more than twice. However to receive it the second time that athlete must be "regarded a class of his own."
