Each team consists of seven players, composed of four forwards and three backcourts. One coach and two substitute players are also assigned to every group.
Every yukigassen match consists of three sets of three minutes each. The first team to win two sets wins the game.
To win, capture your opponent's flag or eliminate them by successfully hitting them with a snowball. Also, alternatively, the team with most players remaining wins the match.
