The athlete can jump from the takeoff board or behind it but cannot jump beyond it.
The jump of an athlete is a foul if he / she touches the ground beyond the takeoff board.
If the athlete walks back through the landing area then it is considered as a foul.
The distance should be measured from the takeoff point to the back of the heels /to the nearest point in contact with the sand (that is the impression made on the sand).
If the takeoff takes place touching the red color plasticine board even then it is considered as a foul.
The judges should show up red flag in case of a foul and a white flag in case of a right jump.
A foul jump is also accounted as an attempt.
