All the participants wear gloves all the time during the kite flying matches. This helps them from cuts and burns from the kite line, especially during the hard-pulls.
The participants are prohibited from flying their kites during the wet or stormy weather to keep their lines dry.
Flying the kites around the power lines or transmission towers or the antennas is completely prohibited.
For the construction of kites or lines, there shouldn't be any usage of metal or wire.
The players shouldn't fly the kites from or above the public streets and highways.
The players shouldn't fly the kites near any airports or air traffic patterns.
