If a fighter is playing a full contact match. To win, he / she must either knock the opponent completely out or else defend themselves.
If a player is playing a light contact match, he / she has to score more points than the opponent. This is only possible if he / she has more legal strikes than opponent.
Semi contact matches are similar to that of light contact matches, in which the opponent has to score points by striking the opponent with legal strokes.
In the kickboxing matches the players have to wear the protective equipment to avoid any injury.
Just before beginning the match all players’ weight is recorded as per the required standards of the governing organization.
