Zetra Olympic Hall is an indoor capacious multipurpose arena, situated in Alipasina, Sarajevo. It is a major sporting arena as well as center for big conferences, international and national music concerts and fairs. Parts of its building are often rented for various social purposes. The 1984 Winter Olympics Games were held at this venue which was the prime purpose of the orgin of the arena. There is a small museum that showcases the facts and figures of the great events, held here. The arena has an ultra-modern structure with a copper roof and angular edifice. The stadium has served as a major venue for ice sports from 1984 to 1991.

Trivia

This famous indoor arena was substantially damaged during the Bosnian War. The venue was destroyed due to bombing and shelling. Later, the basement of the venue was used as a morgue during the war.
After the war; it had been discovered by the experts that though the building was badly damaged, the foundation remained intact. So, a reconstruction was done in the year 1997.
