The Chesapeake Energy Arena is located in Oklahoma City, in the United States. It was formerly known as the Ford Center in between 2002 and 2010 and Oklahoma City Arena from 2010 to 2011. It is currently the hometown of the "Oklahoma City Thunder" of the National Basketball Association. Earlier, it was the home ground for the Oklahoma City Blazers of the Central Hockey League and the Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz (AF2). The Arena is owned by the Oklahoma City and operated by SMG Property Management Company. It has also temporarily served as home for the New Orleans Hornets of the National Basketball Association.
