Palais des Sports, formerly known as Le Stade Olympique de Glace, is an indoor Ice-hockey arena which is situated in Paul Mistral Park in the city of Grenoble, France is also known as Palais des sports Pierre Mendes. The stadium serves as an indoor hockey arena and has a vaulted roof structure which was built during 1966-67. The architects involved in designing the structure of the stadium are Robert Demartini and Pierre Junillion. The stadium was built for the Winter Olympics in 1968. At present, it has been used for sports and cultural activities. The arena can accommodate a total of 12,000 spectators.
